The best place to start with the studio. This is a full body workout designed for those new to Pilates, but still challenging enough for advanced students working on fundamentals.

Pilates Flow 2

Step up your Pilates work out with this challenging class incorporating intermdiate/ advanced Pilates work, props, and choreography designed to challenge your whole body and mind.

Pre- requisite: 5 Pilates Flow 1 classes at WHP or other contemporary Pilates studio.

Sculpt and shape the areas you want with this open level, high intensity class. 15 minutes for abs, ass, arms, then 5 minutes to stretch. Music to keep you going for that extra set. Get after it, then get on with it.

Core Fly

This class will make you sweat and get those endorphins going as you get your cardio on. This is a jump board reformer class is designed to work that core and increase your heart rate with added fun factor.

Pre- requisite: 5 Pilates Flow 1 classes at WHP or other contemporary Pilates studio.
