Step up your Pilates work out with this challenging class incorporating intermdiate/ advanced Pilates work, props, and choreography designed to challenge your whole body and mind.
Sculpt and shape the areas you want with this open level, high intensity class. Music to keep you going for that extra set.
This class will make you sweat and get those endorphins going as you get your cardio on. This is a jump board reformer class is designed to work that core and increase your heart rate with added fun factor.
